Refund Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes plans need to change. This policy explains my approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for sessions.
Session Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will not be charged.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend the session, the full session fee may still be charged, except in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. This is because your session time is reserved specifically for you.
Refunds for Prepaid Sessions
If you have prepaid for a session or block of sessions and need to cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may request a full refund or transfer the payment to a future session.
Refunds are not issued for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 hours), unless otherwise agreed.
Running Late
If you are late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If I am running late, I will always make up the time or reschedule where possible.
