Support for Grief and Loss

Grief is a natural response to losing something that mattered. While grief is often linked to the death of someone we love, it can also arise from many other losses: the end of a relationship, changes in health, moving home, or even the loss of a sense of identity or future we had imagined.

Grief and loss

 Heavy grief may never fully disappear, but with time and attention, it can ease up. Loss isn’t something to ‘get over,’ but something we can learn to live with and make meaning from.
