Support for Anxiety

Anxiety often stems from a nervous system trying to protect us, but sometimes it becomes overactive, responding to everyday situations as if they’re threats. 

In our sessions, we’ll explore what might be underlying your anxiety and what it’s trying to tell you to find ways to create more ease in your everyday life. I offer a calm space where we can slow things down, reconnect with your body, and learn to make space for what you're feeling.
